How long do I have before making a return, and do I have to pay for shipping?
- You have a max of 30 days to make returns. You must send back your return packages within 30 days after the purchase date. No returns made after 30 days from the purchase date will be accepted.
- The shipping fee arising from the return will be at your own expense. You must follow the return instructions our customer support provide through email, then send back the package within 30 days from the purchase date.
- After you have already returned items from an order but would like to make additional returns for additional items, you must do so within 30 days of the purchase date. You can use your own shipping method and at your own cost.
Return Conditions
- You have 30 days from the purchase date to decide if an item is right for you. We’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or any defective merchandise purchased on shop.aczeroo.com for return.
- Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
- Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
NOTE: Please be sure to double check your returns before shipping them out. We will not be held responsible for the return of non-Aczeroo products.
Refunds
Returns will be processed within 7 business days upon receipt of your package. The refund will be issued to the original payment account per your request.
Returning shipping charges are non-refundable (we do not accept packages returned using C.O.D. delivery).
Note: The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
